
I am an Immigrant, a Trauma Survivor, and a woman of color who has suffered grief & loss in her life and has been through many other difficult life transitions. Thus, I have a deep understanding, knowledge, and experience about many important issues that women may be facing in today’s world. I invite you to embark on a journey fueled by creativity and compassion through a series where I integrate simple, adaptive yoga practices, and brief guided meditations into a support group beneficial for emotional balance, overcoming symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. The somatic exercises will lead to self-discovery and increased tolerance to experiences and emotions. (More information about this support group & my Empowerment Workshop will be shared soon).
During my personal time I enjoy doing yoga, running, reading, spending time with my dogs, and traveling with my family. I also enjoy collaborating with different Non-profit organizations that support, and empower women of all backgrounds such as For Her and Girls on the Run.
